Understanding Lipedema & Your Symptoms

Lipedema is a chronic, progressive adipose condition characterized by disproportionate, painful tissue accumulation—most commonly in the legs and arms. Often mistaken for standard weight gain, Lipedema tissue is biologically distinct and typically resistant to traditional diet and exercise.

Symmetrical Accumulation

Heavy, disproportionate tissue affecting both legs or arms equally.

Pain & Tenderness

Noticeable aching, hypersensitivity, or feeling bruised to light touch.

Easy Bruising & Heaviness

Bruises appear with minimal trauma; legs feel fatigued or dense.

Diet & Gym Resistance

Tissue volume stays unchanged despite caloric deficit or workouts.

LIPEDEMA TREATMENT ISN'T ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL

Every patient's experience with Lipedema is different. Treatment recommendations may depend on your symptoms, the progression of the condition, your medical history, and your individual goals.

That's why finding the right treatment starts with understanding your individual needs.
