Restylane Silk is often selected among different types because it creates buildable volume in the lips. Because the clinic pays per syringe, we charge per syringe.

In this model, you typically see prices ranging from $600 to $900. We offer a “twist” on this: we decrease the price per syringe for patients who require multiple syringes in one session. Many areas of the face require “full correction” to look natural, and we want to make that attainable.

A note on “Half-Syringes”: You will occasionally see clinics offer a 1/2 syringe price. To be blunt, almost nothing can be achieved with half a teaspoon of filler. Pro Tip: Clinics using this model often include a “free touch-up.” Sometimes, this is an indication that they purposely undertreat initially to maximize profit margins, hoping you won’t bother coming back for the rest. We prefer transparent pricing and clear communication during the consultation.

Our tiered pricing model is transparent: Signature (Nurse) pricing starts at $750 for your first syringe, while Elite (Dr. Smart) pricing starts at $850. Because we believe in full correction, we lower the “per syringe” price as you add more during a single visit.

While I can’t give you a precise quote without seeing your anatomy, here is the cost breakdown based on average patient goals at the Signature level. The best lip filler and syringe count depend on your aesthetic goals, desired results, and whether you want a subtle enhancement or a dramatic transformation:

• Lips (Avg: 1–2 Syringes | $750 – $1,375+): * Correctional (1 syringe): ~$750. A common choice for ideal candidates with thin lips or age-related volume loss who want more fullness with a small amount of product.
• Enhancement (2 syringes): ~$1,375. For that celebrity-inspired “full lip” look, and some patients bring reference photos to show the lip volume and shape they want to achieve. (We limit this to avoid the “overfilled” look). Style preferences matter too: the Cupid style defines the shape of the upper lip, Pearlique adds more volume to the center of the bottom lip, and a Key Hole Pout creates a small space in the center of the lips.
• Temples (Avg: 2 Syringes | ~$1,375): Because this requires deep injections to provide a “lift,” you should expect to use at least two syringes. We often suggest Sculptra here, but HA filler provides that instant gratification.
